The only bias that referees show is an unconscious one to a home team, I will always strongly refute the idea that referees favour a certain team or club over their career though, it's rubbish.

Was there also an attempt to show that even when presented with an argument that could point to a Liverpool bias within referees Scousers are still reluctant to deny bias in referees because so many of them cling to it as a crumb of comfort?

Any reason why RVP couldn't simply slot in where Chich was?

Not yet Macca, my sons not well at the mo so been looking after him a lot!

It depends on how Hernandez is fed the ball to me though, he tends to like to run into it off the shoulder of the defence, RVP tends to prefer it more to feet with space in front of him to exploit.

He'd still be great at it due to how good he is anyway, I just have a feeling Rooney will out score him this year.

Brilliant to see Rooney enjoying football and thriving under van Gaal. Never one to be afraid of hard work is Wazza so the paper talk about van Gaal snubbing Rooney was always a fallacy. Well I 95% ignored it anyway.
