In fairness at the time we signed Forster permanently I would not have said he was as good as Krul. In fact I wasn't overly enthusiastic of us re-signing him, but Lennon obviously felt he had potential and now I'd argue that he has surpassed Krul.

I'd imagine that now he has joined Southampton he'll be a Liverpool player by January?

only bad thing is his kicking under pressure apart from that cant fault him,his shot stopping is unreal,guy always manages to get his arm to the ball,some of his saves have been simply incredible

Just had a look to see the team that played Barcelona, as I wanted to see how many players we had ripped out of the team after hearing of the Forster sale. Something I noticed that had been kind of glossed over amid all the euphoria afterwards and that is, we had a very weakened team that night if you look at it?

We were missing our top goalscorer, Gary Hooper, and started with Miku.

We were missing our first choice left-back in Izaguirre.

We were missing our captain, Scott Brown.

First season he was incredible tae

He was sensational man

after he got injured by the legned McCulloch it went downhill man,it's like when he come back he was a different player,made bad passes ,rash challenges etc just didn't have his swagger like he did the first 5 months when we signed him,lost his confidence and couldn't get back to that Level.Really thought he was gonny be a top player
