The pitch at the Emirates on Saturday was heavily watered prior to kickoff and again at half time,its not as if we are in a drought situation,so why ?
With two players picking up injuries with no physical contact,is this level of soaking of the playing surface necessary,and could it be relevant to sustaining injuries.

They have to keep it well watered on match days, otherwise Jack's tongue gets stuck to the grass.

I think you're grasping at straws a bit there. Lets give Shad Forsythe some time to get at the team. Hopefully he can condition our players over the course of the season.
