Patience, consistent team selection, long term planning. Reading some JA 606 posts you would be lead to believe that most Tottenham fans on here have no interest in these values.
In the last 12 months we have brought in at least 10 new playing staff, changed our manager twice and have replaced countless coaching staff. But still some fans want to bring in more players and ship out others who have only been at the club for one season.
I would like Pochettino now to work with the players he has at his disposal and make it work, after all that is what he is being paid for.
Some times I think Tottenham fans want a marquee signing just because. Without much thought at the risks and time it takes players to adjust to a new club or league.
Other clubs must laugh at our short term panic behaviour.
We also have to remember that a year on and a lot of last summers signings will be more settled and could blossom into the players we desire.
Our biggest signing for me is Pochettino. Let's not chop and change to much more before the end of the transfer window.

I dont even think it has to be a marquee signing. I think some people just want a signing because they feel "new equals better".

He does give me an ora of confidence, yes.
To be fair, there is only one manager in recent times i had a bad feeling with from word go, and throughout his reign...its not a reoccuring theme...
