Broner/Taylor, Matthysse/Ortiz &

Berto/Chambers.

Are these fights televised in the UK this weekend?

Checked Boxnation but couldnt see anything, and Sky Sports isnt showing them either?

Martinez Vs Frampton is on BoxNation on Saturday evening but cannot see any early Sunday morning listings for the fights in 'murica

I think they're on Showtime in the US!?

Not at all fussed for watching Broner, not even in the hope he gets smoked like he did against MM...but i like watching Matthysse.

Your right Jud some pretty average fights coming up with the exception of Hopkins and Kovalev fight.

Brook/Khan looks like will happen in spring/summer next year but will probably fight before Xmas against other opponents.

Froch V Degale is a good fight but again likely next year due to outdoor stadium use.

Pacman V Algieri will be one sided.

Yeah theyre looking at City Ground, Notts for Froch. Not at all interested in Pac/Algieri...waste of time!

Cleverly/Bellew 2 could be spicy on the Brook card in December, Sheffield...very poor names mentioned as a first defence for Kell though....in such a talent rich division its hard to work out how they put on so many average fights ya know!!!!!

But they dont want to have an upset and miss out on the kell/khan £$£$£$£

Shame!

Yeah Khan was supposed to take on Devon or Guerrero but looks like will again opt for an easy fight however he has been talking about Manny of late and the May fight with Floyd is still an option. Khan basically has 3 big money fights lined up.

Brook probably being the lowest payday for him in all honesty.

No way Khan would risk getting chinned before fighting at least 1 of these.

I know this is a different argument all together but if Boxing had 1 belt per weight and combined rankings then we'd see more exciting/competitive fights, like we do in MMA...too many chances to fight for too many belts means they can fight when/who/how they want to.

The next GGG fight has a really good undercard to be fair

MMA Is differnt though JUD if you look at the UFC as say the WBC there are many other organisations in MMA which the fighters don't fight, most of the old UFC guys use to go fight in PRIDE and the pride guys used to beat them more often than not! pride no longer exists now unfortunately but you still have strikeforce etc who you could say are like the WBA

So in MMA you have

UFC = WBC
strikeforce = WBA ETC

Whos on the GGG undercard?

Yeah suppose so mate but how else are we going to start and force #1 fighters to fight #2 fighters, or the best IBF to fight the best WBA or WBC etc etc.

1 man topping each weight is the only way to go, merge the lot and get em scrapping!!!

Yeah I agree should be one belt, mayweathers came out and said there's far to many and should only be 1! Donaire is on the undercard

I'd be looking to see Chris Eubank Junior and whether he moves up in class as well as Anthony Joshua. Both really good prospects in my opinion but both need a step up this year.
