Hard Knocks

This year is following the Atlanta Falcons (one of the Wembley teams). Is a great watch and is available on 4OD is missed. A great incite to how Pre-season works and how tough it can be to be a rookie. This weeks show Atlanta trained with the Dolphins who they will (in the show – they already have in real time) in a later pre season game. I believe next weeks show Atlanta will play there 2nd Pre Season game and then will cut the rooster of player from about 90 to 60but of cause there are the injured players too.

It also a greater incite to how all the different coaches organise the different team (Defence, offence etc) and coaches on game day watching from the stand giving plays they want to see from different players. This is my second season of Hard Knocks now after seeing last years, it on when most people are asleep on Channel 4 but I recommend to any NFL fan to watch it on 4OD. 4OD also have there Highlights show on there and I think they put SNF game up for a few days too (could be wrong on the last one!)
