MC & Salerno deserve applause for this. They won't get it from some. But, many are seeing we're not as hopeless as the kneejerkers first proclaimed.

Hockaday will be watching and shaking his head, feeling sorry for himself. You could see, under Hockaday, that the team was trying to do what it is now doing.

Not sure that he hasn't had a hand in this, just that he never had the chance for the team to gel. Another way of looking at it is that he and his assistant may have somehow kept Redfearn out of things, as they were all coaches. Now that Redfearn is the only one there, there is no confusion.

Anyway, we are pulling things round. 10 points in last 12 and playing well, with plenty of talent on the bench too. Let's keep it going
