He's been suffering from it all season.
Interesting read.

This is the man who is our DM saviour.
Arsene Knows

I have a theory that Arsene will keep his job for as long as Diaby is injured. It's part of a pact they made with the devil to make themselves very rich men, for doing very little

I feel sorry for him, but we cannot go on for ever with Diaby's injuries. Who would take him on at the wages we pay him ?

Don't think it is a proper injury. I watched the conference and Wenger doesn't mention an injury he just says that he isn't quite there. Meaning not physically able to cope with the intensity of a CL match.
Ever since the NY Red Bulls game, Diaby has been suffereing with a hip issue. As I said previously Wenger is being extremely cautious with Diaby to keep him sort of fit this season so at least someone might come in for him when his contract runs out this summer and his career won't be over.
Some sort of weird sense of loyalty.
He will not have any major impact on our team this year even if he is fit. He will not be risked in a game of any intensity or if he is not 110% fit.
I haven't seen him in a training photo since the southampton game, which makes me think he might have been on some sort of lower intensity training since then.
Wenger won't try to build a team with a player in it that he knows cannot play twice a week, perhaps even twice every two.
I think Wenger will attempt to keep him fit and help him adapt his game as a DM so he can go on somewhere else and maybe have a bit of a late career.
Best as fans to just forget about him as an option.

Wish he was fit. Could do with him against chelsea. Even if it is the only game he plays for a month!

Why do we make Diaby articles ever season.
He won't ever be fit
Let's drop it

Not quite ready after playing well for 67 mins and withdrawn.
Truth is Diaby is injured for the umpteenth time and Wenger is just putting a spin on it.
Pay out the remainder of his contract and move on.
