1) Hard not to start with Alan Pardew. Only still in a job due to his closeness with Ashley and the fact Ashley doesn't want to terminate his contract and fork out millions. Job status - untenable.
2) Roberto Martinez - After such a 'good' season last year for Everton, scaling the already scaled heights of David Moyes' reign but doing it in a more conventional way this season hasn't quite got off to a great start. 7 games in and still only 2 points ahead of relegation places. Europa already seemingly having an effect on their form as seen by them losing both games following Europa League. Will be a difficult balancing act for Martinez this season. Job status - safe for now.
3) Harry Redknapp - The media's favourite manager in the league struggling to put form together. Already went back on his tactic of 3 at the back after about 3 games of the season. Can't settle on a best team and has made Rio Ferdinand a man who hasn't been good since 2012 as his captain and stalwart of defence. Not looking good for his rabble. Job status - under pressure.

Can we give the much tougher fixture list a rest? On paper Everton was a much tougher fixture than Burnley, Swansea, Leceister, or Sunderland, yet we got more points there than we did in the other 4 combined...

Martinez, i wonder if he's suffering from second season syndrome hasn't helped that Lukaku's looked more like Adebayor this season
