My question is this, who does he trust that would satisfy you and a few others on here...?

I can't think of anyone.

How can anyone answer that question?..

He can't!..

Problem is, until he wakes up and see's he is doing no better here than he did at his last club, then this club will go no further!..

He has a club that could take the Premier on if it was backed correctly, it could even have a shot at Europe, but it need's the right people in the right place, and if he don't know that then the fall outs here will go on and on but change from backing him to hating him!..

He could do it, but not alone!..

He's got Salerno to help with buying

He's now got Redfearn to coach

He's got a squad of good players.



Who else would you recommend he gets in to take this great club further...?

Who would you have advise him...?



I agree he has a club that he can take to the PL if it is backed correctly.

The same as the direction the club are going in has nothing to do with people outside the club!..

Advisers for him, I don't know much of the people out there that can do that roll, but, as dumb as I am I know he knows!..

Take this great club further, he knows the answer to that as well!..

McD with the right backing could have done something, but, he was what he didn't want!..

He don't seem to like giving the going rate to melons, even when a melon can do the job better then him!.

Maybe, just maybe that Redders is a man that understands Cellino, and Cellino is a man that listens to Redders.

Cellino listened to Salerno when Salerno was recommending our new signings, could it be Cellino / Redders have the same repore?

Let's be honest, Cellino didn't know who Redders was before he took over, 8 months later they both seem to respect each other.

Take a look at yourselves, do you find yourself listening to those you have respect for?

In all honesty Germany, no malice,

with the signings BM brought in, would you trust BM with 10m and be confident he would bring in good to great players?

The players Cellino/Salerno brought in cost around 5m total I believe, give or take 50p, everyone of then have proved to better than what BM brought in.

Some say Ajose was one of Hocks recommendations, not sure if that's correct or not but can't see Salerno as the man who brought him in...............I could be wrong though.

Luvr, tell us, did McD have the right backing?..

This club when McD was incharge was a sham, but there and again on the playing side of things its still a sham, your love in with the bossmanager might come all good, but the way things are going and have been in his life of football don't say it will!..

A shame he can't sort a decent manager to do what people,(well, most people!)can see he cant do!..

Where does the Massimo Cellino love in come in...?

I don't see anyone overly blinded by the man, I see everyone saying he's got good points and bad points and that they haven't a clue how things are going to turn out. apart from obviously the dreary buffoon and his batman sweary bloke, who in all fairness not many folk take a great deal of notice of anymore.

It is a shame that we've not had a stable manager / coach, but in all honesty what do you want him to do...?

What does an owner of a football club do when a coach or manager isn't cutting the mustard...?

What does he do when the fans are baying for blood...?

Did BM have right backing,

well, he brought Murphy and Hunt in, they can't get into first team, and with players we have it's easy to see why.

This is what BM said about Hunt,

McDermott continued: "He is a player I scouted five years ago when he was playing for Dundee United.
"He's an infectious character and I'm sure he will engage Leeds fans with his desire, determination and never say die attitude."

A lot of people say BM would'ave took us up had he had the right backing, did BM get the right backing when he signed Kebe, yes he did, however,

out of the 3 latest coach's, Redders aside, the one who was under most pressure for me was Hockaday.

The club he come from, his CV and lack of experience, and he knew what the fans were saying about him, but, in a short time, a hell of a lot shorter than BM, he managed to get the players a lot fitter than BM did, and got the team playing football on ground, something BM didn't seem to like.

Hock as coach was, not so much a mistake as a wrong choice, in that, Hock left a legacy of fitness and the players playing football on ground, something that Redders continued with, but Darko didn't, and we suffered for it.

We all know Cellino's going to make mistakes, none of us are perfect ourselves, but he's learning, and sometimes it's not untill the penny actually drops.

I have nothing against Cellino doing what I said somewhere around here before, him sorting the club out!..

Now to me,(I have a feeling not to many will agree here, will you?)sorting the club out is dragging it out of the shitothersputitinovertheyearsofshame!..

Some say he's doing that, but the question has also been asked, what will come out when the books are opened to see what has really been sorted!..

So, now people have seen,(for the umpteenthhundred time!)I support him as "the Chairman, President", whatever he wants you to call him, but I think its time he sucked upto himselfe and admited the biggest mistake he's ever made!..

So, you alway's getting heated up about people questioning him,(or you, whichever!)the team, players that you are so happy with, come on, tell me, apart from them playing a bit more football on the ground, tell me, what are they really achieving?..

The Premier is his shout, but not the way he's doing it!..

Managers, he's busted most teams in the whole of the English football league's records on how many how quick,(what, in such short time?)I'd love to know if there is a Chairman/Pesident/God at any football club in the world that's had as many as him!..
