Once the CVA failed that was it. Game over. Why do you think donald findaly said what he said? He knows what happened and he understands it. Rangers can claim to keep the history, as no one cares about that, but to claim that legally you are the same is just nonsense.
The cva failed, the company was placed into liquidation and as happens in liquidation the assets were sold off.

I know a lot about it as has been shown. It is rangers fans who fail to grasp the difference between selling a company as a going concern and a companies assets being sold off to pay creditors. This is why Charles green never bought the one thing that would have given you a link to the old regime, which is the actual company itself. In law that is all that matters not the assets.

Just pointing out a few facts. As I have said you can claim the history all you want but don't try and insult my intelligence with this farcical claim to being sold out of administration when your CVA failed.
