Seems to me that some on this thread are crossing the line into some risqué comments.

Whatever his demeanour, whatever your prejudices - accusing the owner, and you have done it (albeit indirectly) of being a drug sniffing facist is something quite libellous i'd venture.

Whether he holds those views or passes his time doing what you hint at, who knows? But until its firmly exposed as fact, i'd be careful not to post that sort of stuff on a publicly available forum such as this.

Still your fans will lap it up as fact.
