Tyke tip: Gotta beat Marky and Trebs then stay unbeaten against Side and Saggy

Wilshere came very close to breaking his group stage duck last tournament losing quite agonisingly in that play-off v Sideshow. Things are a bit different this time with less qualification places, but he has a better team in terms of the league. I think it’s a three way fight between Him, Sideshow and Saggy so he is going to have to pull it out of the bag to reach the semis. I think he might just do it; I’ll tip him for second place.

Saggy

Team: Konyaspor

Odds to win tournament: 5 - 1

Ranked: 25th

Tyke tip: Must win Marky and Trebs to have any chance

I tipped big things for Saggy last tournament and okay he didn’t reach expectations but one could say he was unlucky to face Kent in the quarter-finals especially with so many lesser players still in it. This tournament poses a different challenge, he clearly has a worse team in terms of the League but this is where the best players find a way to get through. I do believe Saggy will make an impact over the course of the tournaments, but will it be this one? I’ll say no, third.

Team: Balikesirspor

Odds to win tournament: 2 - 1

Ranked: 7th

Tyke tip: Same as the last two gotta beat Marky and Terbs to be involved In the three way fight at the top

He gave it a good go, but unfortunately Sideshow could not defend his solitary title at the EPL Tournament. It’s going to have to be another momentous effort if he wants to gain title number two at this tournament all considering. He could certainly beat anybody even Kent despite having a rubbish team and he has the experience too. I’ll tip him as this tournaments runner-up, which means at least Kent will have to work for his title.

Marky

Team: Caykur Rizespor

Odds to win tournament: 6 - 1

Ranked: 33rd

Tyke tip: Needs to beat Trebs to have any chance.

Marky was a clutch of players from the ‘Batanic’ Pro Clubs team which just failed to perform at this tournament. Yeah Liverpool this season are not exactly great, but still it wasn’t the best debut in the world. Maybe with less expectation he might be able to pull this one out of the bag? He will certainly make a statement if he makes it to the last four, but I can’t really see it.

Team: Akhisarspor

Tyke tip: People always fear a newcomer; use it to your advantage

Ah yes one of them irritating previews where I know nothing about the person who has entered. So what can we expect from the 14th person to sign up for JA606? Has a rubbish team but so does about 80% of the entrants. I’ll go for a group stage exit and a wooden spoon to boot.
