Hazard overrated?

Neymar is the best international player in the world. The consistency with which he delivers for Brazil is stunning. Overpriced? Yeah. Overrated? Definitely not. If anything, Neymar is underrated because people think that slating him as overrated is the popular hipster thing to do. He has actually been immense this season for Barca, but their joke defence and a midfield that has massively declined hasn't helped his cause.

Neymar is definitely better than Hazard.

An aside, but Brown are you referring to the joke defence that has conceded only five goals?

You seem to be forgetting Ronaldo was the PL's best player for years while he was still maturing. You also have forgotten both of them have smashed numerous Champions League records, and that La Liga is in fact not a two team league these days?

If Real or Barcelona offered a straight swap we'd be complete idiots not to take it.

Agreed

Hes wonderful player internationally, and hes improved drastically for Barca this year, to the extent hes been their best player. Hes perhaps the only player I could see getting Messi/Ronaldo figures.

To be honest I feel its the same with Hazard too. Its becoming popular to think hes overrated, when actually hes not. If anything hes becoming a little underrated.

He's overrated and id much rather have Hazard in my team, I disagree with you and that makes me a hipster Jog on you mug.

Hazard drifts into the same areas that Bale and Sanchez do. They cover about the same amount of ground. Difference is the latter 2 are more decisive in the final 3rd. Hazard can still improve massively in those areas. For example, he had so many great openings to do serious damage against United and Liverpool recently and fluffed them all.

Disagree, Hazard plays much more with the ball at his feet than the other two. What makes Sanchez and Bale the players they are, is the movement they offer to the teams. Hazard is begging to make the same runs this year, but last year he couldn't, there was nobody to supply him, so I think right now hes just getting used to getting into opportunities.

hazard is not better bale, but he's not overrated either

The one thing that stops Hazard being up there with the best is that our team isn't an attacking team. We defend 1st and attack 2nd.

Too many games we take the lead and chill out. The only season I remember us going all out was when Carlo was in charge where we scored and went straight back up that end looking for another.

If he was at another club he would get a lot more freedom and a lot more goals and assists.
