The Goal Machine returns to Posh

Now you have finally got Aaron McLean on loan I hope he lives up to the sarcastic nickname he acquired at Valley Parade.

When he joined as a replacement for Nahki Wells he couldn't adapt to City's style of play. The system was changed in the summer but he missed some of pre-season training. Since he returned he has continued to struggle.

Perhaps his loan spell at Posh will work and you'll take him permanently in January and we can get an expensive failure off our wage bill.

I can't see him doing much for us.

When he was banging in goals before he was being fed by Boyd, CMS etc.

He was a good finisher and good team player but didn't create much for himself.

That will be a problem in our current team as we only have one player who creates things and he is injured for another month (Marcus Maddison).

McLean will be feeding off scraps.

I just hope Aaron will be the catalyst for a win against Swindon on Saturday, followed by Bristol City on the 28th.

Bradford up and down this season, we look really good some of the time and terrible the next. Mid table UNLESS we get a decent striker in

Delighted that Aaron has returned to the Posh because he wouldn't get into City's current match day squad.
His signing last January proved to be an expensive mistake.
