Where are RVD and Wade Barrett?

Both are exciting wrestlers especially RVD but now I have not seen them competing for a while in WWE.So can anybody tell me what has happened to them?
I only watched Team Authority versus Team Cena and liked the match but not the outcome.I also enjoyed the arrival of Sting in WWE.

RvD signed only part time and Barrett discolated his shoulder months ago.

Barrett returned with his 'bad news' thing in the Survivor Series Pre-show.
