Moyes wants Adnan

Apparently our old friend Moyes wants to Januzaj on loan til the end of the season?

I think this would be a fantastic idea. It will give Adnan some regular playing time under a manager he likes and trusts (I think he was the only player who was genuinely sad to see Moyes leave).

What does everyone think? Surely its a good idea given Adnans poor form and lack of game time?

Surely though its better to play sexy moyesball rather than spending the entire game on the bench staring at Giggs' bald spot?

it's debatable.

I think this is a good idea.

It'll get him playing and developing and also playing under a manager who knows how to win trophies and challenge for honours can never be a bad thing...

Nah we need him as back up. Who would you replace him on the bench with?

What? We need Giggsy's bald spot as back up?

I can agree that Adnan needs regular football to continue his development and fulfil his huge potential.......my only concern is that we have one of the slowest front 6's (including reserves) i can remember.

Loaning him out leaves us without that pacey option from bench.

On one hand Adan clearly needs first team football and did play very well under Moyes last season.
But on the other side ,taking into account of our recent injury record and lack of overall pace, we could be of need for him as the season plays out.

Massive yes to this idea. Moyes has a great record with young players and did well with Adnan last season.

Normally I would say yes to a loan. However, two points to consider: I think LVG's "PHILOSOPHY" is starting to manifest itself within our players, and Adnan will benefit from soaking that up, regardless of limited playing time. Also, considering our injury record, he may turn up as Jonny-on-the-spot at some point during the season. We don't owe Moyes anything, really.

It's not about owing Moyes anything. We owe Adnan playing time. As we play a midfield diamond and take turns with Fellaini and Herrera on the right and with Blind to come back I can't see Adnan getting much game time.

These should be the years in his life where he plays every week.
