Morning Chaps,
Great win yesterday, not a brilliant overall performance but we dominated possession and were clinical in front of goal. Bearing in mind our poor record against Liverpool in recent seasons I'm pleased. Also, we have now won 6 on the bounce - I can't even remember the last time we did that!
Anyhow, I always have a look at Garth Crooks "Goalscorers of the week" on a Monday, usually to have a bit of a chuckle about who he has included but also to look at the stats that he includes with all of the players.
I was so amazed to see the following, that I thought I had to share it:
In his last 100 games at Old Trafford, Rooney has been involved in 94 goals, scoring 66 and assisting 28
It's a phenomenal statistic!

Everyone 'expects' from Rooney and if it doesn't happen, they call him a bum...a lousy play indeed... dammit! All he does is score goals and win games.

does this coincide with his new 'hair' at all?
semi-serious question. he had a barren patch years back for england (and I think United too) and was just wondering if hair inspired confidence could be a factor.
