?? Absolute gold dust for a footy free Saturday.
Fill yer boots.
( I live four miles from a village called Freckleton, where the seeds for this epic were surely sewn).

Just finished watching Whisky Galore! Ang.
Must be thirty years since I last saw that.
A moral tale, if ever there was one ( typed in a soft, celtic lilt).

Durango, watched an old Celebrity Pointless earlier, in which Rick Wakeman and Roy Wood in the final had to name a football team against whom Van Persie scored during some season around 2011. Guess who?
----------------------------------------------------------------------Cat! My son took the trouble to phone me on seeing that! Quite touching that a 26 yr old can get so excited about Richard and Alex mentioning his team!

Even sadder that an old woman found it worth mentioning
Can't handle football-free Saturdays!

Cat, isn't pointless great , traditional 'everyone shout at the telly' entertainment? I'm rubbish on films and stuff,

Damn...I missed it RiD....The Howard Keel poster stares down from my studio wall, mocking me....
I meant to ask Durango - what sort of Christmas fayre did you serve up this festive season? Any clever twists on old favourites?

----------------------------------------------------------------------Standard main course, Moj, but served local Lytham shrimps warmed in garlic and lemon butter, with the tiniest hint of chilli as a starter, with thick toast.
Ahem, I must say it was a triumph!
Hope you had a good one, Moj.
