Player Values

With players like Sterling and Lukaku, their age and potential has been taken into account. Lukaku's is too high on current form admittedly, but getting into a strong Belgian team at the age he did is no mean feat.

18 months ago Costa wasn't even valued at £22.2m, and was below Danny Welbeck in the listings.

According to this set of evaluations the 11 players we have on the list are valued at 500m, with the rest of the squad it would mean we have an investment in players of over 600m.
CFC as a business today will have a value of min 300m that combined with the players as assets the club must be worth in excess of 800m, just 200m short of the investment made by Roman <boner>

Lukaku on a par with Cavani
7. Raheem Sterling (Liverpool) £49.4m -That's what one good season does for a player!

Half a good season you mean, this time last year there were some Liverpool fans who wanted him shipped out on loan.

"calculation that takes into account player performance, age, contract and the results of their team."
Always fun to see this kind of thing. It's a nice wish list. It looks like Bale, Neymar, Di Maria, James and Suarez have lost most value according to this.

say it, you wrong he paid 175m for the club.
Not 80m.
If he had paid 80m , then the club would have been worth that , 80m , he paid 175m, that is what it was worth , hence he paid it.
The only difference was the debt was paid over a period and not all at the beginning.
The valuation is made up of tangible assets and goodwill, hence the 175m final figure.
And thank you !

Rodriguez and Di Maria more than Suarez

May be wrong but are they younger than suarez? plus di maria when on form theres not much between him and suarez tbh

plus I truly believe that suarez's antics lower his price. he can be a walking red card/ban at time
