The Evil Within - Spoilers

Hey all,

I completed The Evil Within yesterday, and thought I'd come and see if anyone else has any played it

It took me a few chapters to get into it, but after then I came to really enjoy it, similar gameplay to The Last of Us. I haven't really ever played the horror genre much before, but I imagined it would have more jumpy moments than it actually did. I may have to give Alien Isolation and the Resident Evil Remake a go after this - although I feel my heart may suffer from it.

Some points I have:-

was totally unclear throughout the game. I've read from a couple sites and even then I see different interpretations of the ending. Was it all just happening in Ruviks world, or...

I also found it a bit frustrating to be constantly thrown all over the place, trying to fight through one zone only to get teleported elsewhere. I know this was meant to be a freaky point of the game, but it was a bit annoying.

Characters - I've read that Sebastien was boring from a couple places, but to be honest I think he matched the mood of the game quite well. I don't think he was complemented well by having no partner to play off for the most part. Ruvik made my poo myself every time he came near me, which I suppose is a plus, although I was expecting a better final outcome, 1 on 1 with him. Again, would like to know more of the story of Josef and Kidman, Josef seemed to die and I didn't really know or not, since there was no emotional end to him, he could've just been wounded for all I knew.

Enemies - Good variety kept it fresh, there were some very formidable opponents, like The Keeper , and that massive deformed thing in the car park must've been responsible for about 30 of my 121 deaths.
