In short….a load of crooks lending money to Leeds that they want interest on, and when they reach the promised land they want all of their money back, and some.

GFH had approved the selling off of 90% of Leeds United before they'd even bought it!

In no way is this an attempt to defend GFH, but I'm afraid I have to raise a small question as to whether this is a real document or a stitch up.
Why? Well, it seems extremely strange to me that despite being their CEO, Alrayes' name is spelt 'Hisham' in the body of the document and 'Hesham' where he signs. That discrepancy should at least have us wondering whether this is real or not, rather than simply accepting it as fact.
After all, I'd really expect a company to know how their CEO spelt his name and get it correct on official documents.

Tedd, middle eastern names often spelt in multiple days when written in English.

Here's a great example:

Ironically, Hisham's name is arabic for generous.....

I fully accept that there are multiple ways of spelling it. I'm simply saying that to spell it in two different ways in the same 'official' document, when he's the CEO, raises a doubt in my mind as to whether it's a true copy of a document or not.
I'm not saying it isn't a true copy, merely that it raises a doubt in my mind.

Tedd, understand that, but remember this is the company that had to keep withdrawing public documents and resubmitting them due to errors.

Should soon get to the document that relates to what I said Haigh did in the UK to deserve all he gets.
