In Bob Arum's own words Pacquiao and his team have agreed and signed up to everything for this fight. "We've agreed to every single thing" said Arum. All that is missing is Mayweather's signature.
Bob Arum says that they've even allowed Mayweather Promotions and Top Rank to promote the fight such is their desire to make this fight happen. In other words Pacquiao and his people have agreed to every tiny little detail that the Mayweather camp put forward.
In Arum's own words about Floyd constantly blaming Bob Arum for stopping the fight he says; "Bob Arum what?? I've only tried to make this fight happen the last few years".
Everything now hinges on Floyd signing the contract and according to Bob Arum, Mayweather stands to make about $150 million.

All you can do is post some crappy little links which mean nothing.
Whenever I ask why Arum would want to block this fight it either goes very quiet or I get some ridiculous conspiracy theory about Arum not wanting to "devalue" Pacquiao ffs.

BECAUSE ARUM EARNS MORE MONEY KEEPING FIGHTS IN HOUSE THAN TAKING A MAYWEATHER PACQUIAO FIGHT. Pacquiao and Mayweather are in contact now, so how can Arum tell him lies.
The money made from the Pacquiao vs Mayweather fight will be a huge pay day for Arum, his biggest ever.
