The Dopes on a rope gang

This is my reply to HFL's recent post, and attack on me, which, as you will see, with the exception of Mike, the rest are other members of the Dopes on a rope gang (dreary's)

http://www.ja606.co.uk/articles/viewArticle/300917

You can read his post and others comments above if you haven't already.

Below is a link taken from Erics post "Bellusci in Dock"

http://www.yorkshirepost.co.uk/sport/football/leeds-utd/bellusci-to-face-leeds-norwich-racism-hearing-tomorrow-1-7087548

In Erics link take note how the media uses the word racism etc, then note the charge Bellusci is actually facing; it doesn't say any where in the charge that Bellusci is being charged for racism.

Here's part of my reply,

I believe the actual charge is for misconduct, which moves the allegation away from actual racism, some media are actually using the word Racism in their headlines or articles, which creates a false picture.

Havefaithinleeds attacked me with the comments below, his dopes on a rope gang then blindly jumped on his bandwagon.

"Can anyone spot the problem?

Could it be that he states that charge is not for racism and that papers are falsely stating it is, before you guessed it.......copying and pasting a charge of racism.

Surely Luvr before you started throwing your eggs around you should have gone to school and learned to read?"

..................................................................

A) The charge is for misconduct, not racism. The FA's charge is different to what the media are saying, irrespective.

B) The charge for misconduct does move the charge away from actual racism as the charge is not for racism.

As Stevie mention in comments on Erics post I think, Racism is illegal. Given the severity of the situation and the involvement of various action groups, why hasn't a civil case been taken by Mr Jerome?

C) HFL said,
Could it be that he states that charge is not for racism and that papers are falsely stating it is......Your command of the english language HFL is obviously very limited.

I stated the charge is for misconduct, I never said the papers are falsely stating it is for racism......I said,

"some media are actually using the word Racism in their headlines or articles, which creates a false picture."..... which is totally different to what you tried to peddle..

A copy of the charges

"In a statement released at the time, the FA said: “Giuseppe Bellusci has been charged with misconduct for a breach of FA Rule E3 which is alleged to have occurred during the fixture between Norwich City and Leeds United on October 21, 2014.

“It is alleged Bellusci used abusive and/or insulting words towards Cameron Jerome, of Norwich City FC, contrary to Rule E3 (1).

“It is further alleged that this breach of Rule E3 (1) is an “aggravated breach" as defined in Rule E3(2), as it included a reference to ethnic origin and/or colour and/or race."

As you can see, it's a charge for misconduct, not racism. No where in the charges does it mention racism.

I enjoyed that.....

Enjoy.

Halton, is that how many he's scored or how many you think he'll score?..

And when did we get him?.

Or you mean you came from the Clinic?.

Oh it was a riddle was it, sorry I thought you asked a question...?

Funny, Halton I've heard but I didn't know where from, must have been my younger days around Leeds or somewhere, but I guggled, gluggled, gulggled or whatever it, hence my clinic question!.

Don't let google or whatever their called know I had to google em and it came up with a different answer every time!.

I'd have a beer and a laugh with anyone from these boards - and I mean anyone.

It's a forum that's all. It's about opinions. Most of the time the bunfights I end up laughing at ......

Life's too short to get hung up on squabbling, especially when there's a cold beer on offer. As has been said, we're all supporting the same side - we just show/express it in differing ways.

Point of order. There are some so lacking in humour a beer and a laugh is out of the question. A beer possibly.

And you know it.

Okay, but those who can't do the humour bit we ensure are in a corner - preferably a dark corner. They can sit there, with a mirror, and argue with themselves.

Is that okay?
