Willian has been one of our better players recently so maybe he won't lose his place to Cuadrado and he'll be shifted into the middle into Oscar's position.
I think Oscar is best when playing with Fabregas. The way they interchange positions, keep the ball and play quick one twos does not happen with anyone else on the pitch regularly enough as it does with them.

Yeah I could see that happening. I think Willian can do everything that Oscar does in the middle and more.
Cuadrado on the flank could add a new dimension to the side.
