Systems?

if they do mention any of my fancies it puts me off somewhat,as they generally talk faeces,so my solution is to not bother with the programme and my week end is instantly better, systems as you know are fallible,best to rely on your own hard earned knowledge,and stick to your guns!

My latest system is to back the first 3 paper fav on the flat! Its 3 singles, 3 doubles and a treble! Racing post is paper I refer to and it came up today at Salisbury! I usually bet at Paddy Power as they give BOG between 11-12 in store but today went to Betfred as closer to the office! They do BOG next to Central Station Glasgow! Took 9/4 returned 7/2 in 1st took 5/1 returned 5/1 in 2nd took 9/4 returned 2/1 in 3rd! Doesnt come in often but gives me an interest between start of work and lunchtime!
