in fairness he has a cv fitting a club of our stature so optimism and expectations were well founded.

The thing about LVG is that his CV has 3 big failures on it.

As someone who works in HR I can assure you that if someone emailed me a CV with some amazing achievements but the CV was stained with a few big failures a red flag would come up in my mind.

This job might be becoming his last big failure.

Roo mate, he may well of had but in reality he's been disappointing, people talk not having the players to suit his system! if that's the case why did he spend so much on those players.

Some thought he was the great philosopher of the great game! Yet when his favoured system is failing plan B is hoof ball.
