According to a few media outlets over the past 24 hours.. it looks as though Andreas Pereira is getting a little impatient with the lack of opportunities being presented to him at Manchester United.
This has all the hallmarks of a Pogba situation. A genuinely promising youngster itching for first team action. Will he be able to get it else where?
Well according to these quotes he's already been in contact with Paul P about a possible move to Juventus:
“Everyone knows that Juve are a great club," the 19-year-old is reported as saying by Tuttosport.
“I’ve spoken with Pogba many times, he’s a good friend and he told me I’d be well-served in moving to Turin, both personally and professionally, two important things for me.
“My agent is evaluating the offers we’ve received, including the Bianconeri, it’s not a secret."

Would you be disappointed losing Andreas or are you of the belief that no one is bigger than the club? Personally, if he has desires to leave, I say let him but it is unfortunate that we might let another talented youth team player leave that could potentially go on to big things.
Discuss!
Pogba 2.0 ??

Getting fed up with this carry on, hes been good in the U21's but hes not been putting in the type of performances Pogba did, whatever happened to being patient, hes at Manchester Utd for *uck sake ofcourse hes not going to walk into the team.

In his last season at United, pogba was average in the reserves and had a bad attitude to boot.

Exactly. As I have said countless times, Petrucci was actually more impressive that season and he didn't get a sniff either.

in a 2 man midfield (like our in the reserves)

Try again. He always played in a 3 man midfield. Usually with Tunnicliffe and Ravel.

I believe Pogba is destined to be an attacking midfielder rather than a cm.
Though that may hinge on where his next move is to.

True but I guess many felt he was deserving of more in the first team based on what he had done the season before. It seemed he became impatient and it effected his performances the season after.
I'm not excusing Pogba's actions as you obviously have to perform in the reserves to get a chance at the first team but I guess many could see the talent. It's a shame how it turned out, both Pogba and Ferguson are to blame IMO, Pogba for his impatience and Ferguson for relying too much on the old boys and playing people such as Rafael in CM when it seemed clear that Pogba would be a better choice even if his performances at the time weren't the best (although there seemed to be a reason for that).

A pretty fair assessment. Both parties need to take some of the blame.

yea... If only i had nver watched our reserves, or know the style we play. HE HAS PLAYED IN A TWO MAN MIDFIELD FOR OUR RESERVES. Keep harping on about falsehoods being spread about his form in his last season with us. How about you stop acting like he never played in a 2 man midfield his entire time with us in the reserves.

While he's definitely shown improvement this season, more maturity and been more involved in games, I'm not so sure he's as deserving of first team action as some say.
He's got talent yes but he's not looked as promising for the reserves anyway as the likes of Januzaj, Wilson, Morrison, Lingard, Petrucci and at times Pogba did.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, Juventus aren't interested so it seems like Holland would be the most likely destination.
This may well come back to bite me but I wouldn't be too disappointed if he left. Not anywhere near as much as I was when Pogba did.

Petrucci looked a tidy player in the pre season games he played for us. Real shame he didn't get a chance but obviously a reason behind it.
He now plays for Szombathelyi Haladás FC

That's the problem with watching the reserves, they can look like world beaters.
So many reasons some make it and some don't. Rarely just down to talent alone.
