Pac sued

Here's the BBC article where Manny's adviser Michael Koncz apparently claimed to have completed the questionnaire on Manny's behalf and he claims to have made a mistake not ticking the shoulder injury box:

That form clearly has Pacquiao's signature on it so either Koncz forged it or it's another unbelievable excuse.

It's the same excuse but his team have to take a lot of responsibility too. Who decided it was okay to inform USADA but not the actual commision The form thing is a massive red herring as it's a simple yes or no question.
My guess is that he injured it in the fight but came up with this as his whole performance was pants.

I'm guessing it was a simple "Here sign this Manny, its just some paperwork for the Nevada commission"

My guess is that he injured it in the fight but came up with this as his whole performance was pants.

If he injured his shoulder during the fight as opposed to before the fight then surely he would have just said he injured it during the fight.

Everyone would have accepted that as a legitimate excuse, especially as he'll now have to have an operation on it followed by a nine month lay off.

Just not sure what Pac would have to gain from saying the injury happened before the fight apart from getting him in trouble as it is now.

Because he looked flat footed and crap from the first punch thrown Superb.
If he say's 'I injured it in the 4th round'
the answer is 'Well you was crap from the 1st so you'd still have lost'

However if you paint it as a long injury, bang..ready made excuse

Nah still don't buy that.

Knowing you'd just filled out a questionnaire saying that you had no shoulder injury to then say that you'd injured it pre-fight would surely be the dumbest thing you could possibly do.

And yet here we are

I think that Manny's entire team have simply been exposed for what they are - utter incompetents and I include Freddie Roach in that, not just Michael Koncz.
