Well it looks like we are going to be dipping into the striker market again. So looking at BR striker signings so far it doesnt fill me with confidence.
Under BR it all started with Borini.........ah borini, what can we say about the lad, well not much really. Runs around a lot, misses a lot and sits on the bench a lot, but i am giving BR a get out of jail card for borini. BR first signing was always going to be a player he knew and he took s punt on Borini....it failed however.
Studge was a cracking signing however it appears hes made of a brittle material called "hipsrfkd"; good news apparantley its been repaired....good signing by BR if a little damaged.
Aspas, Lambert and Balotelli......tbh i actually feel sorry for Lambert, most games hes played in i have seen and he either contributes to a goal oril scores, however he rarely plays so its a bizarre signing and for that its a miss. Balo and Aspas.....utter rubbish on the whole, just didnt work out AT ALL.
So....into the market we go again; im absolutely fkn dreading it!!"

Much of this is a moot point, Brendan will be gone at the end of the season. A manager with a winning reputation will be needed to compete for players if we can't offer CL.

Yes, it hurts I guess... but it's undeniable... it's been a poor season, third in a row and with the exception of a burst in performance last season resulting from one single (now departed) player we've got nothing to show for it... perhaps three players who other 'Top 4' sides might show an interest in, £220m spent, and a manager who talks in riddles.
I was in the US while the series 'This is Liverpool' was being filmed, and was able to watch some of it being shot. I think we need a sequel, just need to think of a suitable title.

Nope it's genuine.
Would agree probably there's a need for some form of medication.. following Liverpool and Worcester Warriors this year has hardly been inspirational. I won't apologise but I express frustration openly I don't look back to the past all misty eyed.. I can only look forward in what is a fast paced, commercially focused and results driven game.
What I have seen this year has largely been a disappointment but I am quite happy for others (such as yourself and TOOR) to disagree. It won't change what I think OR how I express it.

Those guys are here only when we have a bad run and we are strugling. You see them never when we win or having a good run.
No real fan who SUPPORTS the team in good and BAD times will fail for it.
If you are a glory hunter supporter go and support Chelsea or City.
