Lewis Cook signing a twelve month extension to his contract and Mr Pearson becoming an executive director are two pieces of good news that many wouldn't have expected.
Pearson was a complete surprise and a few believed that Cook was already on his toes out of the club.
Positive stuff but a lot more needs to be done to a) restore the faith and b) get this club on track to promotion.
Not time to break out the bubbly just yet
