José Aldo vs Conor McGregor - UFC 189

Less than 2 months away, McGregor has already won.

José Aldo is mentally weak, Conor McGregor has already beaten him. On the World Tour you could see that Aldo got flustered, McGregor stayed cool, calm and collected. José has already been broken, he carries the whole nation of Brazil on his back and has everything to lose.

Conor is a big Featherweight and has a 4 inch reach advantage. Aldo has never fought a man with the self confidence McGregor has. I can see them feeling each other out in the first round and then McGregor will knock him out in the second via TKO from a kick followed by a barrage of punches.

This UFC 189 trailer is the most they have ever spent on one, UFC going all out for this event. UFC 189 will have a gate of around $7 million and an estimated 1 million PPV buys.

I think edgar beats conor. Mendes would give him hell also.

I see Edgar, Mendes and Aldo all being a big test for Conor but if I was forced to bet on those fights I would choose Conor, his extra length would be very telling against Mendes and Edgar, and I don't believe any of them would be able to hold Conor down for long enough to negate his dominance on the feet.

Aldos last 5 fights have been against the #2/3 guy twice (Mendes) and the #2/3 guy (Edgar) #5 guy (Lamas) and then the Korean Zombie.

Mcgregor's have been a non ranked Brimage, a non ranked Siver, Poirier was barely top 10, a non ranked Brandao and maybe at a push a top 15 in Holloway.

The difference in quality of the last 5 fights is so big.

Mendes and Edgar would give Conor trouble.

I remember when people claimed that Cub Swanson deserved a shot before McGregor and would actually beat McGregor in a fight. You claim that Holloway is in top 15 at a push yet he ruined Cub at his own game. Conor beat Holloway convincingly with a torn ACL.

Just to clarify, Holloway is ranked 5th in the division.

Yeah he wasn't ranked #5 when he fought CM though was he!!

Prior to fighting CM he had been schooled by Poirier in the first round, then beat a TUF fighter In Justin Lawrence & struggled past Leonard Garcia for a split decision win before losing to Denis Bermudez.

He was barely top 15 when he fought CM...like I stated earlier

Poirier tearing up the WW division, McGregor beat him with ease too.

What I'd really like to see is Aldo lose, than see Frankie Edgar take apart Conor in a blood fest in December. I'm tired of Aldo as a champ and tired of Conor's big mouth.
