Some big games this weekend for the home nations, and some football to actually look forward to.
My Predictions:
Wales 1-1 Belgium
R.Ireland 1-2 Scotland
N.Ireland 1-2 Romania
England 2-0 Slovenia
Maybe a little on the optomistic side but it would be great is Scotland could pip Poland/ Germany to an automatic qualifying spot and Wales could get something against Belgium.

Don't know why everyone is tipping Scotland to win.

If I was an England fan I'd be picking another team to follow in the qualifiers until the tournament starts next year- it must be hopelessly boring at the moment because of your group, that's before you even consider that it's Hodgson in charge.
Euros are a mess now.
It goes against the meritocratic principles that should be at the heart of football- but they'd as well be saying to the top European nations that they don't need to play qualifying games and just put them all in a league with each other.
Then the rest of the qualifying positions should be decided among the middle and lower ranking nations.

Yep, the qualifiers are pointless for the big nations.
Apart from Germany, they may not qualify. Come on Gibraltar

Ever since the 2010 world cup disappointment for England, I've become less and less inclined to watch England play. Though in past years I have shown more dedicated support even though I knew we weren't realistically going to challenge for any trophies I still watched with more heart.
Nowadays it just seems more of a chore to watch them than I really would like to feel. To me they've lost that magic spark.
In saying all this, I still 'try' to watch them when I can. Just without the same enthusiasm I guess. Shame really because I'd love for England to be a major force in world football, but sadly we have a long way to go yet.

I hope Iceland qualify.
It would be good if both ourselves and Scotland could qualify, but that's not going to happen.
