Newcastle United owner Mike Ashley has called on the Rangers board to hold an extraordinary meeting to pay back his £5m loan to the Glasgow club.

Ashley, who owns a 9% stake in Rangers, has also asked the board to explain why the club has been delisted from the AIM stock exchange.

The board did explain the situation surrounding the delisting! it was not one of the two resolutions that were voted on.

What was the explanation?

Rumour from a rangers fan in the know is because king couldn't provide proof of funds that the club could last the next 12 months and therefore no nomad wanted to take you on.
