I haven't seen much of Lacazette, people rave about him though.

I want us to sign a striker in the mould of a fit Saha, pace and movement.

There is a direct quote from Robin about his secondary role next season - I'll dig it up.

The striker thing was more of a Sir Alex thing that I still believe in - looks good in lights anyway!

I love RVP for what he did in his debut season for us but you do wonder whether we could have got Lewandowski instead at the time who would have been a brilliant long term signings.

Ferguson was definitely interested in him but I'm not entirely sure how likely it could have been. Definitely seemed possible at the time.

I guess the Rooney situation is similar to the Valencia one in that I think we could do better but it's whether there is anyone good enough worth getting who is available. The big difference being Rooney is still a hell of a lot better than Valencia, but still I think it's an area we do need to improve on, if not this summer then ASAP.

Maybe someone young like Berahino would eb a decent buy... Rooney, Berahino, Wilson
