Torres & Suarez were great buys. Both scored bagfuls of goals for us and we sold them for massive profits.

the obvious outliers are United, whose transfer business over the past decade has been largely appalling, both in terms of buying and selling.
i am often told that their players are sold for peanuts because they are on high wages, but chelsea seem to do ok, and i don't think they are skinflints when it comes to paying wages.
