hello what is this then

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-3154081/Saido-Berahino-splits-Raheem-Sterling-s-controversial-agent-Aidy-Ward-West-Brom-star-becoms-disillusioned.html#comments-3154081

I said all along I would not want liverpool to sign berahino purely for the fact who is agent was but now this is different. I rather we bid 20 mil for him than 32 mil for benteke as I feel he would suit our style more. Unless of course if br wants to change it.

Ps sterling take note

I don't understand the aversion to Benteke. He scores goals, primarily with his feet rather than his head as well.

Berahino does look to have something about him but he seems to have a bit of growing up to do on the evidence of last season. Didn't Pulis drop him at one point because of a bad attitude?

We need a striker, a goalscorer, to help Sturridge and take the strain when he's injured. Benteke may not be the best striker in the world but I think he's probably the best we can realistically get right now and I he nets 20 goals (more than capable IMO) then I'm a happy fan.

I call benteke mr offside this will drive us nuts next season, he clearly has no understanding of the rule. This is my main criticism. He is a good player but way too overpriced

Benteke is good striker no doubt about it but something tells me that we will not be able to exploit his best attributes we play. Those coutinho treaded passes needs someone to run between the lines and I have not seen benteke do enough of that.

Isn't this the same Berahino who was talking shít in January under the advice of his agent. The fact he's given him the boot probably makes him more likely to stay at WBA if anything. I reckon Pulis had a word in his ear and convinced Berahino to drop him.

Not hard to see why, in the space of six months sterling has gone from being adored to being abhorred. All due to the stance he has been instructed to take by his agent.

Whom no doubt is telling him that such and such is interested in him, willing to offer x amount a week, and play him in whatever position alongside this player and that player and that they need Sterling in first before making moves for other players.

He is young, impressionable and has been badly advised by someone who hasn't played the game.

Why did Ward want talks with the Anfield hierarchy if he wasn't going to sign a new contract? That was just weird. FSG did the right thing to call those discussions off.

Berahino has seen this circus develop and also notice that Ward has barely had time for him and thought fack this guy and dropped him.

Sterlings agent is no different to Lovrens agent when lovren behaved in a similar behaviour to Sterling now. Agents play this game and don't give a toss.

Like TOOR said earlier we already have Berhinho type strikers at the club and to get another is plain stupid. We need a striker who brings something different to the party and so far that's Benteke.
