With yet another injury. Shame really as unlike Jack, I felt he could do with the playing time but this seems the story of his career so far. Can't get a run of games and whenever he does put in a performance he seems to get injured afterwards. This is the main reason I would not let Clichy go because Gibbs simply is not ready yet, he is too injury prone, and believe me Wenger won't spend big on a replacement for Clichy when it will "halt Gibbs' progress."

Is Gibbs sure that football should be his chosen career? Maybe a job where he's sitting down is more suited for him.
Bus driver perhaps

For such a young player, Gibbs injury record is worrying!
I actually think the lad, could in time, go on to become a very good player! I do however think those (and there are many Gooner former 606'ers) who think Gibbs is at the same level or better than Clichy at this point in time are waaaaay of the mark!
Regardless, Gibbs seems incredibly injury prone and this latest "setback" is in keeping with his fledgling carreer thus far...
