It seems to me that we've been a tad unlucky so far this season albeit with a few defensive catastrophes and I'll gladly start poor to finish strong any day but there's one area where I think Blues might benefit and that's our home support.
Juxtaposing the Coventry game against the home tie against Nacional might allure to the idea that we don't care for the league as much as we perhaps should for our bread and butter of the season ( by which I don't just mean attendance also atmosphere) but I'm hoping that they can inspire each other.
All the season ticket holders I speak to at the game care desperately about being completive jn the league and for us to achieve this with the thin squad we have, home games are essential. ( we've played away three games so far and only earnt a point)
So really my point is, I think we need to recreate sone of the atmosphere we've missed under Mcleish and get back to the days when teams were genuinely affected by the roar of st Andrews ( like Nacional were) and I think that a good Europa run will help that.
Here's a link to a vid I took on Thursday night in the Tiltom. More of the same please!

Hopefully we get a decent crowd for the Milwall game and spook them a bit too as we need to get some points in the league as well.

Yeah not sure when the next home Europa tickets go on sale but I'll be there Where? At the end of the... Lol
I always forget to check the prices of the home games because I have a season ticket but u gather Coventrys was dear hopefully millwall will be cheaper. The good thing about blues under Hughton is that we have scored a decent amount of goals and I'm hoping that although results have web wanting that fans are more wanting to turn up.
Oh and another thing.. Let's all pray that Jerome stays. Whether he's popular or not, this guy will tear up championship defenders. Maybe only to scuff a shot lol but at least he will tire them out. (personally I'm a supporter, but last season was testing).

Agree on Jerome, delighted to hear he came on yesterday. At this level he has the capacity to be great, just home the crowds give him a chance at StA

Well their is a lot of turmoil at the club, we have a bunch of new players and new Manager and they need time to gell, i am sure once the window closes any players who are here can then concentrate on the task at hand.
And thats why home games are important as the fans are the 12th man and our support can real aspire the club untill they find their feet.
I have not been to the away games but i hear we dont play bad, maybe just lack killer instinct infront of goal and we seem to switch off a bit after the hour mark and conceed goals.

we will be there giving it large @ millwall.
Hope when we go in front just hold onto for last few minutes.
Hope we have Doyle in goal or myhill starts too organise the defence . Looks timid and dont come out when crosses come in... Very flat and stays on line too much..... mind you Foster was guilty of that too..
A win for us at St Andrews fortress.
