Impressed with dobbie too. Seems to have a good understanding with madine. Not quick but does not waste the ball. Need someone like that with gudjohnsen gone, mavies never fit and clough struggling. That right back tired not 100% sure but he's free and we don't have another proper rb. Big plus is derik. Class player. Think lennon may have played a blinder signing him. Anyway time for nice pint before setting off home

Just a word about Derik - not getting carried away myself but I do have a Spanish friend who has seen him play a fair bit and he says the only question is just adapting to English football, he's a good signing he tells me.

Dobbie's probably as good a striker as we'll get in our sorry financial state. Knows the league inside out and thought he did OK in the game against Sturm.
