Liverpool!

I know you have palace next up, but how do you feel you'll fair against liverpool after, we didn't play well against Stoke away but it us none the less one if the hardest away games you can play.

I think it may well be tight, I notice we seemed to try and keep it tight against them, and decided not to pass from the back as they closed you down and force mistakes.

I woukd be happy with a draw as this would repecent a decent start, as the same time bedding in players.

Your thoughts!

Our home form is the concern for me. Just one win in our last 5 home games. Whereas we've won 8 of our last 9 away games or something like that. Palace are a good team and will be tough but I can see us narrowly beating them but finding it hard against Liverpool.

Yeah we do seem to sometimes get very complacent and sloppy at home. Almost like the players feel too comfortable at home, and expect to win with relative ease. Away from home we seem knuckle down and get the job done.

OP
Tbh we are so inconsistent I haven't a clue how we will get on we could win easy and then again we could lose easy so I have no idea.

I expect a win as is usually the case when we play Liverpool

Arsenal will shade it imo 3-2

They'll batter us 1-1.

Liverpool can do a West Ham on Arsenal.
Be organised, well drilled and hit them on the break or through set piece.
If Pool can go 1 nil up around the 70 mins mark, the vibes coming from the stands will put the Arsenal players under undue pressure. This will lead to many misplaced passes, irrational decisions, frustrations and eventually, victory for Liverpool.

Think that was their tactic last time at the Emirates.

Pass the ball better than Arsenal and we have every chance. I'd take a point right now but no-one is expecting us to win. If we do we'll be in good shape assuming we manage to beat Bournemouth.
