Boro put 11 men behind the ball to try and protect 3 points. Teams will do it because it's easy to do. While Derbys back 4 and 2 defensive midfielders pass the ball sideways over and over again it gives the other team plenty of time to put 11 men behind the ball. Do that and you know a chance will come and take that and your 1 up. Just what charlton and boro did. We need to start playing to win not playing not to get beat. This 300 passes sideways is boring.

Players also go missing in games because of this sideways and backwards tactics....... Players who we have chased over a fair few weeks need to start giving us a lot more than they are producing
