Was shocked, caught some of the reviews and such and thought this was either an episodic or indie game! Full price is way to rich for me for this type of game.

Well thats one dead and a possible, apparently you can save all the people but having played what I have I can't see how?
This game keeps you second guessing yourself, looking at potential pitfalls and has some really neat touches, I can see now why it's getting such positive reviews, it's really well done and actually better than I expected.
Greg if you're reading this, this game is right up your alley

How much difference did you notice in the 2 play through?

To be honest not a huge difference, but in a strange way I found it more enjoyable, probably because I knew what I was doing and where I was going, so wasn't wandering around as much.
Ultimately the extra people at the end did change the interaction and saving them introduced something different just because I had to guide them a little further to safety, but no it was basically the same game, just with better choices.
