Time for Sakho to start and I would be tempted to give Ilori a start when he is fit enough. Has the pace to recover and is decent on the ball.

I am one of those who hates the way Martin defends but even he makes Lovren look secure.

Skrtel has been our best defender this decade (the 10's).

That's doesn't necessarily say a lot, but it's true.

Agger was great for a few years under Rafa but was largely not the same after he left.. Carra wasn't great after 2010 (though still had good games).

Not sure really i agree with u on that but like u said its not a good look. And whats happpened with Illori??? Rodgers bought him and he has never given him a chance.
