Who do ppl think is this mystery winger we are getting? Unless i misheard it, its a UK based player.
The front runners based on rumour mills and insider knowledge from relatives who know club cleaners etc :
Adomah - Leader on the pitch, 27 y/o and proven as being possibly the best winger in the division. Wants out at Boro and Karanka doesnt do unsetled players.
Lua Lua - Always destroys us. Rumours circling that he is the mystery wide man. Possibly the fastest player in the division and scores the odd goal.
Jose Pozo - His name has been subject to scrutiny as a rumour based upon his Wiki entry had him down as a target this window. Never heard of him.
Van La Parra - Basically touted as another Aiden White type player, whats more, he is being wantingly driven here by Wolves fans!
"UNKNOWN" - This window has shown me that we get seem to get players from left field, so its fair to say that the said player is somebody we do not know.
From that list, my favorite would be Adomah, clever player and a talismanic influence on that right wing, very effective player and so much composure its ridiculous.
When have we had a window where players have been promised and delivered? Had players linked to us and actually held a realistic belief we could get them?

So Van La Parra off, Buckley wage issue, Dyer is 32 but still has that speed and is in bloody good nick for his age, heck any age!! He is ripped to shreds.

Lloyd Dyer would be a great signing for Leeds. Experienced, level headed, quick, direct and has guile.
He could be the new Strachan.
He's only 32.

Confirmation that it was an unknown, Botaka. I quite like the way we are doing business here - not only keeping things quiet, but ensuring our rivals don't sniff who we are really after by throwing out red herring rumours left right and centre.
