jose is known for his motivation and his brilliant man management. so what is he doing to rescue the situation. he may well be trying his best but its not showing out on the pitch and whilst he keeps playing players who are throwing up stinkers every game when we have replacements on the bench then you have to wonder what is he doing.

the only case i can say YES its the mabagers fault is what is happening at arsenal, as you cant argue with so many yrs of disappointment<OK>

but in our case, just about every player is out of form, so pointing the finger purely on jose is a lil wild to me

That's not all but quite frankly sick of those here who don't realise how difficult it is to replace a manager mid season and what a mistake it would be to sack Mourinho. I'm not even up for debating this. Rev and Mons you are the epitome of newbie fans wanting success on a game by game basis.

yes i know every player is out of form. its strange

i cant put my finger on why

but jose as manager has to take responsibility because these players that play for jose, they would run through brick walls for him. we've seen it everywhere he goes untill something goes wrong...

who knows what is happening behind the scenes, but it does look like the players have lost their intensity big time and confidence looks shot

I don't want Mourinho to be sacked (nor did I last time) but you have to wonder what the hell is going on there. I agree the players have lost their intensity big time but if there is no stick to go with the carrot then it's not surprising that the performances are so lacklustre when certain individuals can consistently not perform AND not only keep their place in the team but also be promoted to Captain. You couldn't make this up.

One thing that we have all come to expect from Jose is that he is both decisive and ruthless, well it is long overdue for him to now display these qualities and cull the individuals who seem to think that they can regularly perform poorly without any repercussions.

Fact is, we have no idea what's going on behind the scenes. Something definitely isn't right though. I think it is hilarious reading posters wanting Jose out, now that's fickle at its finest, however his propensity to continue to play out if form, out of position players is bewildering. Like MrC said, he is maybe proving a point to the board. He's a stubborn sod, we know that much for sure so wouldn't surprise me. We just need to try and see there is a much bigger picture here than just the simplistic blinkered view of a fan
