Hii fellas long term reader but new on the board.
As I isaid new on the board but have always kept an eye on proceedings from the outside. Now there never seems to be any middle ground on this board. One bad result or performance and everybody overreacts and calls for Wengers head and this players crap or that players crap. On the flip side one good performance or result and suddenly Wengers the dogs b******s and the whole teams world class. Personally I feel like we have a decent shot of the title this year but only if we don't stay in Europe past christmas because I just don't feel like the squad is strong enough in certain areas to cope with multiple competitons.
If we do qualify for the knockouts stages of Europe Wenger absolutely must strengthen in January. Everybody knows the positions that need strengthened I wont bore anybody with that today. If he refuses to strengthen then we wont cope with the inevitable build up of injuries we will get with playing the same team every week. All in all i think apart from Wengers stubbornness at times to buy players at a premium price the man deserves respect for everything he has done for this club so instead of bashing him or the team after every bad result how about we get behind him because when he leaves you will see how great he has been and everything he has done to keep us at a consistent level.
Anyway sorry for boring you all with this waffle of an article.. I look forward to have some decent debate throughout the season lads.

Well I think it's pretty much laid out for Wenger TBH. If he fails to push anywhere near the title due to injuries and lack of squad cover in certain positions and we fall away then I don't think people will take anymore. If he carries something big off like the title he's the MAN and many of us eat humble pie!

Wenger has been mugging this club off for years and people have forgiving him every time. I don't see it changing now.
Well done to wenger for his good start to his arsenal career with the previous managers side. I congratulate him for that. Well done to wenger for all the signings David dein signed. Well done to Wenger for all the victories pat rice and Steve bould and in fact the squad has given him. He's been useless and when we have actually needed him he's let us down.
City last year for example. He was going to use the same old failed tactics until the team put up a fuss and said enoughs enough we won't win with your useless pathetic tactics.
Since 2006 we have relied on wenger more than when did pre 2006 and guess what. We've gone trophyless for most of them. Ok I guess the stadium debt is an excuse but that ran out in 2012. Since then we have had the money and he's spent it bar this summer. He doesn't how to spend it so we don't really know if we can trust with him with a simple transfer. Steve boulds excellent coaching skills got us the fa cups and he taught us how to beat the big teams. Wenger is p.iiiissed of with the fact he's been done over by his assistant. Wants him to be his yes man. But people in the club who won't say anything due to fears of a lawsuit know that wenger is useless and bould is the reason for our recent success. Steve should be our manager not that waste of space
