To be honest, I agree with Cinci here. No point in sticking with a system that clearly isn't working when you are staring a relegation battle in the face. Sometimes you have to resort to a more archaic brand of football, and dinosaurs like Halt give you another dimension that the progressive, contemporary, modern philosophy of up and coming managers like Jackett, of losing every week, just doesn't give you.
