He was right. Giroud is the best striker ever. Apologies in here please.
I'll start off:

I have T filtered and enjoy being on here more for it without his Giroud loving bias. He is also a Ramsey hater, who tonight got a goal and assist for our first 2 and kept us in the game.
I am one of Girouds biggest critics but even after tonight I think he is best as a super sub. His ack of pace invites defenders forward which puts pressure on our midfield and leads to games like tonight where we were pressed from the start. I would prefer to keep him to come on for the last 20-30 mins. A WC striker would get 30 goals a season for us compared to Girouds usual 20ish and a bit of pace would also help open up midfield.

He has 18 goals, he's on course to get 30.

Isn't the record for PL goals (38 games) 31 or have I got confused somewhere?

30 goals in all competitions is an excellent return that any striker would be proud of. Costa only got 20 PL goals last season and Chelsea won the league with ease.
What we need is the likes of Theo, Alexis and Ramsey to start scoring more goals than they currently are. All 3 are well capable of 10-15 PL goals and are not even close to it.

Good poaching for his first goal and his second goal was sublime - in between he missed a chance my Nan could have scored and she's six feet under.
All in all pretty good - especially as his hold up play was truly excellent.

I really dont care. I want Arsenal to win and it really doesnt matter who is scoring.
Giroud has one problem at Arsenal. He gets compared with Henry, Wright and other great strikers. He is a complete different approach to the game and he adapts to our style of play very well.
