While I think the Chairman going into a changing room after a game is nothing new, I had heard that Clement ( although not enamoured by it happening) understood and it hasn't affected his job security.
As for NP, he was on Radio 5 Live on Friday and made a point about saying he would not be going to any club where he did not have an excellent working relationship with the owners. He for one would not stand for the Chairman coming into the changing room.
